Fermented at higher temperatures for enhanced complexity, it boasts a bold fruity profile layered with notes of chocolate, dried fruit, and deep, dark malt aromas. Lightly hopped with the German classic Perle, the gentle bitterness perfectly balances the malty sweetness, while a distinctive Belgian yeast strain adds its signature flair.
